Anexo Aidnex Retail respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us and how we use it.
What we collect
Order details you give us: name, mobile number, email, delivery address, PIN code and delivery notes.
Payment references such as UPI UTR numbers or gateway payment IDs. We never see or store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP.
Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
To confirm, deliver and support your orders, and to issue invoices.
To contact you about your order by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We send promotional messages only if you ask for them, and you can opt out any time.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with delivery partners (name, phone, address) and payment partners (to process payments).
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We may disclose information when required by law or a government authority.
Cart and cookies
Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it stays when you come back. You can clear it any time from the cart page or your browser settings.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support and the record-keeping periods required under Indian law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements, by writing to support@aidnex.com. This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
