How and when your Anexo order reaches you.
Delivery area
We deliver with our own vehicle and local partners across our service area in Uttar Pradesh. If your PIN code is outside our regular routes, we will contact you after you place the order with the options available.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Bulk orders, large case quantities or orders placed on Sundays and public holidays may take an extra day.
We will call you before delivery to confirm the time slot.
Delivery charges
Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above. A flat ₹49 delivery fee applies to orders below ₹999.
Order tracking
You will receive updates by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also email us with your order ID for the latest status.
At delivery
Please have someone available to receive the order and check the packs.
For COD orders, keep the exact amount ready or pay by UPI to the delivery partner.
If no one is available after two attempts, the order may be cancelled and any prepaid amount refunded as per our Refund Policy.
Delays
Weather, road conditions or supply issues can occasionally delay a delivery. We will inform you as soon as we know, and you may cancel an undispatched order for a full refund.
