About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order placed with Anexo Aidnex Retail ("Anexo", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them, along with our Payment, Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, an address outside our delivery area, or suspected misuse. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

We may limit quantities per customer for promotional or high-demand products.

Products and prices

Product photos are for illustration; packaging may vary by batch. Sizes, MRPs and case counts are listed as supplied by manufacturers.

All prices are in ₹ and include GST. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before confirmation.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and delivery details, be available to receive the order, and store food and beverage products as per label instructions.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

Product brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the products we sell. The Anexo name, logo and site content belong to Anexo Aidnex Retail.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
