1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the FastFee platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Educational institutions must ensure they have the authority to process parent and student data through our platform.
2. Service Description
FastFee provides a fee recovery and management system for educational institutions. This includes automated payment reminders, dashboard analytics, and payment gateway integrations. We act solely as a technology provider and are not responsible for the actual collection or settlement of funds directly.
3. User Responsibilities
Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Schools must ensure that fee amounts, student details, and parent contact information uploaded to the platform are accurate.
4. Payment Processing
Payments made through FastFee are processed by third-party payment gateways. FastFee does not store payment card details. Applicable transaction fees will be communicated to the institution during onboarding.
5. Limitation of Liability
FastFee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the service.
