Frequently asked questions
How do I enter a day when the customer took extra milk?
Open the customer’s Days calendar and type the actual litres for that day (for example 1.5). Leave other days blank to use the default.
What if a customer was away for a week?
Type 0 for those days, or set “Service started on” if they joined mid-month.
Is this tool free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is completely free with no login and no limit on entries. Signing up for a free FastFee account is optional and adds sync across devices, team access, automatic reminders and online payment collection.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser on this device (local storage). Nothing is uploaded to FastFee. Clearing browser data deletes it, so export a CSV or PDF backup regularly.
