Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between flat and reducing repayment schedules?
With flat interest, interest is charged on the original loan for the whole tenure, so interest per installment stays the same. With reducing balance, interest is charged only on the outstanding balance, so the interest part falls every installment.
How is a daily loan schedule made?
Choose Daily, enter the number of installments (for example 100) and the first date. Sundays are skipped by default, so each installment falls on a working day.
Is this tool free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is completely free with no login and no limit on entries. Signing up for FastFee is optional. The free plan keeps your records synced across devices; automatic WhatsApp reminders, UPI AutoPay and team logins are on FastFee Premium.
