Stamp duty and filing: the steps people skip

Share issue documents and agreements attract stamp duty under the Indian Stamp Act and state laws; unstamped agreements can be hard to enforce. Track “Signed” and “Stamped & filed” as separate steps.

Keep the final executed versions, not drafts, linked from the register, and mark old versions as superseded after amendments or new rounds.
