Use Record payment with the deduction amount and write the reason in the note (for example “Damage – fan”). Record the refund the same way with mode and UTR.

Where is my data stored?

Only in your browser on this device (local storage). Nothing is uploaded to FastFee. Clearing browser data deletes it, so export a CSV or PDF backup regularly.
