How is ageing calculated?
Days overdue = today − due date. Balances are grouped into not due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days. Older buckets need stronger follow-up.
Can I import from Tally?
Export the bills receivable report to Excel, arrange columns as Customer, Phone, Invoice no., Amount, Due date, then copy and paste here.
Is this tool free? Do I need to sign up?

Where is my data stored?
