The store keeper or person receiving the goods, after counting and inspecting them. It is then shared with purchase and accounts.

What if fewer items arrive than ordered?

Enter the quantity actually received and note the shortage in Notes. Keep the PO status as “Partly received” until the balance arrives.

Is this tool free? Do I need to sign up?
