A friendly reminder 3–5 days before expiry, one on the expiry day, and one 2–3 days after with an offer if they have not renewed.
Can members pay online?
Members can pay to your UPI ID from the reminder. For payment links, AutoPay and automatic renewal receipts, use a free FastFee gym account.
Is this tool free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is completely free with no login and no limit on entries. Signing up for a free FastFee account is optional and adds sync across devices, team access, automatic reminders and online payment collection.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser on this device (local storage). Nothing is uploaded to FastFee. Clearing browser data deletes it, so export a CSV or PDF backup regularly.
