How does Renew work?
Renew closes the current cycle (keeping it in history with what was paid) and moves the due date forward by the plan cycle, so the customer shows as due again for the next period.
Can customers be charged automatically?
Not in the free tool. FastFee accounts support UPI AutoPay mandates so the amount is debited on the due date with retries and receipts.
Is this tool free? Do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is completely free with no login and no limit on entries. Signing up for a free FastFee account is optional and adds sync across devices, team access, automatic reminders and online payment collection.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser on this device (local storage). Nothing is uploaded to FastFee. Clearing browser data deletes it, so export a CSV or PDF backup regularly.
