Government Form Filling Assistant: fill PAN, passport, voter ID and scholarship forms without mistakes

Most rejections happen because of small mistakes: a name spelt differently from Aadhaar, an initial instead of a full name, a wrong PIN code or the wrong form number. Type your details once, pick the form, and the assistant gives you every field in the right format, flags mismatches and tells you which document proves each field.

QUICK ANSWERTo fill a government form correctly, write your name exactly as in Aadhaar (no initials), use DD/MM/YYYY dates, give a 6-digit PIN and an Aadhaar-linked mobile, and use the correct form (e.g. Form 6 for a new voter ID, Form 8 for correction). This assistant formats every field for PAN, passport, voter ID, driving licence, Aadhaar update, ration card and scholarship forms, and checks your entries for common mistakes before you apply.

✔ Rules checked on 04 Nov 2026 from official sources: Income Tax e-filing (e-PAN) · Passport Seva · Voters’ Service Portal · Parivahan Sarathi. Not a government website; the final decision is always the department’s.

Five rules that prevent 90% of form rejections

Write your name exactly as it appears in Aadhaar, letter by letter. If your class 10 certificate has a different spelling, fix one of them first (Aadhaar update is cheaper). Do not use initials: write “Ramesh Kumar Sharma”, not “R. K. Sharma”. Dates are DD/MM/YYYY on almost every Indian form.

Use an Aadhaar-linked mobile number for OTP and e-KYC, give the 6-digit PIN code of your post office, and upload documents in the size and format asked (usually JPG/PDF under a few hundred KB). Finally, save the acknowledgement or application number: you need it to track, correct or complain.

Frequently asked questions

Is this real AI? Does it send my data anywhere?

It is a smart rule-based assistant that runs fully inside your browser. It follows each form’s official instructions and checks your entries for common mistakes. Nothing you type is uploaded or stored on any server.

Will it submit the form for me?

No. Government forms must be submitted by you on the official portal or at a CSC. The assistant prepares correctly formatted answers that you copy in, so you finish faster and avoid rejection.

What is the most common mistake in PAN and passport forms?

A name that does not match Aadhaar exactly, and using initials instead of the full name. The assistant compares the spelling you use on different documents and warns you before you apply.

Which form do I use to correct my voter ID?

Form 8 is used for correction of entries, shifting residence and replacement EPIC. Form 6 is only for new registration.

Is this tool free? Do I need to log in?

Yes, it is completely free and works without login on any phone. Nothing you type is uploaded; it stays in your browser.

Is FastFee a government website?

No. FastFee is a private Indian fintech. These free tools summarise official rules and always link to the official government portal, where the final decision is made.
