Kisan Mandi Bhav & Price Alerts: today’s mandi rates from Agmarknet

Pick your state and crop to see the latest prices reported by mandis to the Government of India’s Agmarknet system (published on data.gov.in): minimum, maximum and modal price per quintal. Save the crops you sell and set a target price: the tool highlights when a mandi crosses it.

QUICK ANSWERMandi prices in India are reported daily by APMC markets to Agmarknet and published on data.gov.in as minimum, maximum and modal (most common) price in ₹ per quintal. The modal price is the best guide to what most lots sold for. Compare nearby mandis, add transport cost, and check the eNAM portal for online trading before you sell.

    Compare mandis

  3. STEP 3
    Set an alert
Save a crop with your target price; it is checked every time you open this page.
  4. STEP 4

Subtract transport and commission, and compare with the MSP for your crop.

Getting a better price for your crop

Compare at least three nearby mandis using the modal price, not the maximum: the maximum is often one small premium lot. Subtract transport, loading and commission to get your real price. Grade and dry the produce well, because moisture and quality decide which end of the range you get.

For crops under MSP procurement (wheat, paddy, pulses and others), compare with the MSP and register with your state procurement portal before the season. eNAM lets you see bids from traders in other mandis.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the mandi price data come from?

From the “Current Daily Price of Various Commodities from Various Markets (Mandi)” dataset published by the Government of India on data.gov.in, which is fed by Agmarknet. Prices are what mandis reported; not every mandi reports every day.

What is modal price in mandi?

The modal price is the price at which the largest quantity of the crop was traded that day. It is a better guide than the minimum or maximum price.

How do price alerts work?

Save a crop and a target price. Every time you open this page on the same phone, the tool fetches the latest data and highlights mandis at or above your target. Alerts are stored on your phone.

Is the price shown the MSP?

No. MSP (minimum support price) is fixed by the Government for procurement. Mandi prices are market prices that can be above or below MSP.

Is this tool free? Do I need to log in?

Yes, it is completely free and works without login on any phone. Nothing you type is uploaded; it stays in your browser.

Is FastFee a government website?

No. FastFee is a private Indian fintech. These free tools summarise official rules and always link to the official government portal, where the final decision is made.
